Sometimes I just need to sloooowwww down! Can you relate?

Do you ever feel like your running on empty and your battery is just about dead? Me too!

Before this happens we should stop and take some time. Time to rest, relax and restore. Time to recharge the battery and full-up the tank.

Now I know this is easier said than done sometimes. And I realize finding those few precious moments to take time for yourself can be very challenging. But nonetheless self-care should be a priority. You deserve it and more importantly you are worth it.

I am writing this email to remind you, and to remind myself as well. When we are feeling tired, overloaded, bogged down or a little bit frazzled we need to stop and take some time for ourselves. Taking a little self-care time doesn't have to be a big affair either. You know this! I know this too! So let's simply take the time to take care. As those people at Nike say "Just Do It". A Gift From Me to You Last Sunday morning I taught a Slow Mindful Flow class that was focused on connecting the Mind Body & Breathe. In this class I focused on some very powerful yet simple Pranayama techniques (breathwork). Here is the link to this class. I invite you to enjoy this complimentary class on me. Another wonderful way to slow down and bring a little bit of kindness and love to your tired body and mind is to take time for a self massage. Have you ever done self massage? If not then I encourage you to try. Again it doesn't have to be a long drawn out complicated thing. Just a few focused moments. I have included a simple homemade oil recipe that I love.
