Private: Slow Mindful Movement
This practice incorporates meditation, classical asana (postures), an introduction to pranayama (breath work) and deep final relaxation. Sequences are designed using research-based neuroscience and traditional yoga to support brain function, improve memory, focus and concentration. Intentional slow movement builds nervous system resilience and helps to restore calm. Flexibility, coordination and functional movement are fundamental to this practice. Suitable for everyone.
Yoga for the non-yogi as well as the yogi who wants to slow things down so they can soak things up!
Private: Yoga for Pelvic Health
This practice focuses on building strength and stabilization in the pelvic floor. It teaches movements that allow for a softening to over worked muscles or strengthening of weak muscles. Issues related to lower back and pelvic pain, organ prolapse and mild incontinence will be addressed.
Private: Restorative Yoga
This practice incorporates gentle postures and somatic movements, encouraging and supporting the release of muscle tension. Props and modifications make this practice perfect for those new to yoga, recovering from injury or illness or simply wanting to soak up the beauty of yoga in a gentle and supportive way.

Small Group Classes
Laura offers a variety of asana and pranayama yoga classes in her beautiful home studio. These small classes allow for personalized attention in a calm and relaxed environment. Perfect for beginners and those more comfortable in a small group setting. Maximum of four participants. One time class or multi week packages available.

Bridge Yoga Fundraiser: Tuesdays 6:30pm (May through August)
Join Laura for this all-levels hatha flow class on the beautiful covered bridge in Wakefield QC. Move your body, calm your mind and connect to nature as you listen to the soothing sounds of the river below.
This is a "by donation" class with a suggested donation of $10. All funds raised go to support children and families living in extreme poverty in rural Guatemala. www.saludosninos.org
Evening Flow: Wednesdays 7:30pm
This weekly evening flow class is taught at Vraie Nature Yoga studio in Old Chelsea village. Slow grounding warm ups are followed by standing postures and floor work. The class ends with guided meditation and deep relaxation. Chimes and singing bowls are often used to support a deeper level of release.
