Join Laura for all-levels hatha flow classes on the beautiful covered bridge in Wakefield QC. Move your body, calm your mind and connect to nature as you listen to the soothing sounds of the river below.

 

These are "by donation" classes with a suggested donation of $10. A portion of funds raised go to support children and families living in extreme poverty in rural Guatemala. www.saludosninos.org

Small Group Classes

Laura offers a variety of asana and pranayama yoga classes in her beautiful home studio. These small classes allow for personalized attention in a calm and relaxed environment. Perfect for beginners and those more comfortable in a small group setting. Maximum of four participants. One time class or multi week packages available.

Evening Flow: Wednesdays 7:30pm - currently not running due to COVID 19

This weekly evening flow class is taught at Vraie Nature Yoga studio in Old Chelsea village. Slow grounding warm ups are followed by standing postures and floor work. The class ends with guided meditation and deep relaxation.
