The power of slow mindful yoga lies in the carefully selected movement sequences which are designed using research-based neuroscience principles. These movements are then blended with traditional yoga postures to strengthen brain function and improve memory, focus and concentration. Suitable for everyone.

Thursday Early Evening: 5-6pm Eastern
Mindfully sequenced poses aid in restoring calm and building nervous system resilience. Flexibility, coordination and functional movement are fundamental to this practice. Suitable for everyone.
