Gentle Yoga For Pelvic Health

Three Class Workshop Series

Yoga and mindfulness are powerful tools for healing, especially for pelvic health conditions such as incontinence, urinary urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum.

In each of the 1-hour workshop classes I share specific yogic postures, sequenced flows and breathing techniques to support pelvic health.

Gentle Somatic Yoga

Somatic yoga is a mindful practice that combines yoga with somatics. It is a movement practice that focuses on how things feel from within. It helps the brain learn to sense and move muscles more effectively.

Somatic yoga uses small, slow, and gentle movements to help you reconnect with your body. It focuses on how movements feel to you, rather than how they look.

Somatic yoga helps you explore the connections between your breath, body, nervous system, and mind.

 

It is a gentle and nourishing practice that encourages you to be mindful and compassionate with yourself and your body.
