Learn To Meditate: Beginner Course

About

Would you like to learn to meditate? Do you struggle with starting or committing to a meditation practice? It is common to experience difficulty learning to meditate. In this beginners course, you will learn : - Simple mindfulness tools - Powerful (easy to learn) meditation techniques - Tips to create and stick with your practice Delivery Model: 2 x one-hour live classes via Zoom (Classes will be recorded and posted to course site within 24 hours) When: Tuesday, Jan. 21st & Tuesday, Jan. 28th 6:30-7:30 pm eastern - Informational presentations with detailed instructions - Guided practice with support 🙏🏻 ✨Good news! You can learn to meditate, find more happiness and invite joy into everyday life.
