Gentle Yoga for Pelvic Health Workshop Series Yoga and mindfulness are powerful tools for healing, especially for pelvic health conditions such as incontinence, urinary urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum. Join me live for three consecutive 1-hour Wednesday workshop classes. In each of our 1-hour workshop classes, I will share specific yogic postures, sequenced flows and breathing techniques to support pelvic health.
